Welcome to my Light The Night Walk homepage.

Friends of Heroes is a national Light the Night Friends and Family team. We are comprised of moms, dads, families and friends compelled to help find a cure for blood cancers.

Friends of Heroes is the largest team of this type in the country and we have raised over $1,000,000 for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society in the last 5 years through Light The Night Walks.

Friends of Heroes was originally created to honor Allie Scott, an 8-month-old baby who passed away from acute myeloid leukemia (AML) in September 2004. In 2007, the team changed its name from Friends of Allie to Friends of Heroes to better identify the group and align it with its mission to put a face on childhood cancer.

I am very proud to be a part of this group since its creation and to be participating in my 6th walk, my 5th as Team Captain. Please donate what you can and help our team to on our journey to the 2 million dollar mark!!
