Welcome to my Light The Night Walk homepage. I began participating in this event 9 years ago because my son, Eric, had survived childhood leukemia. He is now 31 and going to be a father. We enjoy this event as a family and try to raise money to help the Leukemia and Lymphoma Sociaty find a cure. I have organized a team at Saint Louis University Law School. Please join us, or donate to our team. Last year we had over 30 participants and raised $6,188. We have to beat that goal this year. The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) funds lifesaving research that has contributed to major advances in the treatment of blood cancers and treatments for other types of cancer, such as chemotherapy and stem cell transplants. These treatments have helped patients live better, longer lives. New targeted therapies that kill cancer cells without harming normal tissue are providing drugs and procedures that are improving quality of life.
Please make a donation to support my participation in the Light The Night Walk and help save lives. Be sure to check my Web site frequently to see my progress, and thanks for your support! |
