Hi Everyone!
Woodland Hills Walk (Warner Center Park): November 6, 2010 (Festival at 5 p.m. walk at 7 p.m.)
Join me for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Light The Night Walk in Woodland Hills in Los Angeles to help fund research to find a cure for blood cancers. The event begins with a festival which starts at 5:00 p.m. Then the walk will begin at 7:00 p.m. I will be walking with my team mates from Alpert Barr & Grant, APLC.
So bring your family, your friends, your co-workers and join me at Woodland Hills at the Warner Center Park. Together we’ll Light The Night to fight blood cancers. It’s such an inspirational and fun event.
Light The Night is the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's evening walk and fundraising event. It is the nation's night to pay tribute and bring hope to thousands of people battling blood cancers and to commemorate loved ones lost.
The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) funds lifesaving research by top doctors and scientists around the world that has contributed to major advances in the treatment of blood cancers and treatments for other types of cancer, such as chemotherapy and stem cell transplants. New targeted therapies that kill cancer cells without harming normal tissue are providing drugs and procedures that are improving quality of life.
In fact, in 2009 alone, LLS researchers were conducting more than 90 clinical trials, a critical step in the development of new treatments and cures that will help patients live better, longer lives.
Please make a donation to support my participation in the Light The Night Walk and help save lives. My goal is $1,500.00. Let's rock that goal! And, come join me at the walk. It’s going to be awesome. Be sure to check my Web site frequently to see my progress in my fundraising my goal.
Thanks so much for your support. See you there!
Mr. Charity
