WE WALK IN HONOR OF MY MOM BETTE NORDEN

 

 

2013 was my first year participating in the Light the Night Walk!   It marked almost 11 years since Leukemia took my mother's life.  I walk and I raise funds because CANCER took my mom and my children's grandma.  Each and every donation I get is a blessing!

Last year I raised over $500 and I got very creative doing so.  My husband and I both did a coneing, my daughter did Lemonade stands, and there was even some online silent auctions.

      

The money raised through Light the Night is used very wisely with paitients and research and not wasted on promotions and media!   Every lit bit helps us get closer and closer to a cure!
