Welcome to Charmaine's Light The Night Walk homepage. I am truly blessed to be living in 2010 to participate in the Light the Night Walk, with my team Faith Beyond Limits. When first diagnosed with Stage IIIA Hodgkin’s Lymphoma in December 2007, I only knew one thing: that I wasn’t going to let this cancer beat me! My strong will and determination kept me focused on a life beyond Hodgkin’s. Through God's blessings and the research of thousands of scientists throughout the world, I am pleased that, 2.5 years later, I am in remission, healthy and truly living life!

(As a result of my experience with Hodgkin's, I was not only able to start graduate school a month AFTER I started chemo in February 2008, but complete my M.B.A. in September 2009 and start my own business, AIIA (Aspirations to Achievements) Entertainment - performing as a Special Events and Weddings vocalist!)

Last year, it was my honor to perform The National Anthem in the opening ceremonies of the LTN walk. I am SO EXCITED to be part of Cleveland’s efforts to wipe out blood cancers by walking this year with my dynamic team!
