Welcome to our Light The Night team fundraising page!
Light The Night Walk is The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's evening walk and fundraising event. It is the nation's night to pay tribute and bring hope to thousands of people battling blood cancers and to commemorate loved ones lost. This is our 6th year of having a team in Jackson's honor. Jackson was diagnosed with acute lymphocytic leukemia (ALL) November 22, 2004 at the age of 5. He endured over 3 years of chemotherapy and today is a healthy 11 year old boy. We are forever grateful for the research and services provide by The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. That is why we continue to fundraise and support the mission of LLS.
The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) funds lifesaving research that has contributed to major advances in the treatment of blood cancers and treatments for other types of cancer, such as chemotherapy and stem cell transplants. These treatments have helped patients live better, longer lives. New targeted therapies that kill cancer cells without harming normal tissue are providing drugs and procedures that are improving quality of life.
Please make a donation to support Jackson's ALL Stars in the Light The Night Walk and help save lives. If you live in Northern California, please join us the evening of the walk, Saturday, October 2nd. If you do not live near us, please conside making a donation of any size.
Thank you!
