Watching young kids (including ours) undergo difficult cancer treatments has taught us how delicate life is, and the importance of giving back and helping in whatever way we can.

We invite everyone to join us in a celebration of life and hope, to honor the spirit of brave kids (and everyone else) fighting cancer! Help bring light to the darkness of cancer by joining us for the “Light The Night” walk organized by the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS).

You can register to walk by joining our team (it’s free), and/or donate (see right hand side menu) to help LLS in their mission of saving lives through better research, treatments and patient support for blood cancers. Here’s how LLS uses your funds, including sponsoring research on immunotherapy drugs that use a patient's own immune system to kill cancer.  

As a token of thanks, donations more than $25 will receive the book, “How Sunshine Returned to Joyland”, which is an adventure storybook for children featuring artwork by Apu made during her treatment for high risk Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia.
